1. BROMSTON ASSOCIATES LTD is a B2B technology firm providing software solutions and marketing services. Our core business activities include the provision of CRM software, custom development, technical support, and the resale of gaming software.
We accept virtual assets as a method of payment from certain clients for these commercial services. Consequently, all virtual assets exchanged with Blocknote are derived directly from the settlement of these client invoices.
2. Please find payments supporting documents, in addition, please find most recent available financial statement
3. Most of the services are reselled and bought from Mirax Management, we believe you have our agreement already. Also we have another outsource company INFOTECH SIA that provides most of the IT development - agreement attached.
4. Please find dividend resolutions to my name from BROMSTON ASSOCIATES LTD.
